Meditation 114

Companionship

Psalm 25:10 (AMP) All the paths of the Lord are mercy and steadfast love, even truth and faithfulness are they for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.

Psalm 25:14 (AMP) The secret [of the sweet, satisfying companionship] of the Lord have they who fear (revere and worship) Him, and He will show them His covenant and reveal to them its [deep, inner] meaning.

Companionship belongs to those who revere and worship the Lord by keeping His commandment of, “Love one another as I have loved you.”  Life on the Lord’s Narrow Path is all about building a relationship with Him and Father as Holy Spirit works to mold us inwardly into the image of Jesus.

As your relationship grows you will recognize Him as merciful, steadfast in His love for you, truthful in all His ways, and faithful to His word. As your relationship grows you will come to know Him as your constant companion Who is for you and not against

Ending Thoughts

Stay on the Narrow Path by obeying the commandment to love and you will find the Lord to be the lover of your soul through Whom all good things flow.

Companheirismo

Salmo 25:10 (AMP) Todas as veredas do Senhor são misericórdia e amor constante, sim, verdade e fidelidade, para os que guardam o seu pacto e os seus testemunhos.

Salmo 25:14 (AMP) O segredo [do doce e satisfatório companheirismo] do Senhor tem aqueles que o temem (reverenciam e adoram), e Ele lhes mostrará Seu pacto e revelará a eles seu significado [profundo, interno].

O companheirismo pertence àqueles que reverenciam e adoram ao Senhor, guardando Seu mandamento de: “Amem uns aos outros como eu os amei”. A vida no caminho estreito do Senhor tem a ver com construir um relacionamento com Ele e com o Pai enquanto o Espírito Santo trabalha para nos moldar internamente à imagem de Jesus.

À medida que seu relacionamento cresce, você O reconhecerá como misericordioso, firme em Seu amor por você, verdadeiro em todos os Seus caminhos e fiel à Sua palavra. À medida que seu relacionamento cresce, você virá a conhecê-lo como seu companheiro constante, que Ele é por você e não contra.

Concluindo a meditação

Permaneça no Caminho Estreito, obedecendo ao mandamento de amar e você encontrará o Senhor para ser o amante da sua alma através de quem todas as coisas boas fluem.
