Companionship
Psalm 25:10 (AMP) All the
paths of the Lord are mercy and steadfast love, even truth and
faithfulness are they for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.
Psalm 25:14 (AMP) The
secret [of the sweet, satisfying companionship] of the Lord have they who fear
(revere and worship) Him, and He will show them His covenant and reveal
to them its [deep, inner] meaning.
Companionship belongs to
those who revere and worship the Lord by keeping His commandment of, “Love one
another as I have loved you.” Life on
the Lord’s Narrow Path is all about building a relationship with Him and Father
as Holy Spirit works to mold us inwardly into the image of Jesus.
As your relationship grows
you will recognize Him as merciful, steadfast in His love for you, truthful in
all His ways, and faithful to His word. As your relationship grows you will
come to know Him as your constant companion Who is for you and not against
Ending Thoughts
Stay on the Narrow Path by
obeying the commandment to love and you will find the Lord to be the lover of
your soul through Whom all good things flow.
