Day 77
Looking to Jesus
Hebrews 12:2 (AMP) Looking away [from
all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of
our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher
[bringing it to maturity and perfection]. He, for the joy [of obtaining the
prize] that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising and
ignoring the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
[Ps. 110:1.]
What a Savior we have! He endured the
shame of the cross and took God’s wrath for us! And became the Author and
finisher of our Faith! Praise God dearly beloved He will accomplish that which
He has started in you!
Through Holy Spirit, Jesus will direct
our path, mold us into His image, perfect our love, and lead us into a trusting
relationship with Himself and our Father. The result of our trusting
relationship is the energizing and activation of the measure of faith we
received at Salvation.
When the world seems to be caving in
on you, Look to Jesus! When the finances are lacking, look to Jesus! When those
you love mock you, Look to Jesus! Don’t focus on the problem, look to Jesus who
will calm the storm and infuse you with faith to carry on! All you have to do is stay on the narrow path
by obeying the commandment to love and He will complete that which He started!

Thoughts
Oh, Glory how wonderful, how
marvelous, because of Jesus, faith to believe is available for all, eternal
life is available to all! Stay on the
Narrow Path and enjoy your fellowship with Jesus and our Father! He will
complete that which He has started in your life.
