YOUR SLEEP, YOUR NAP WHICH WILL TAKE YOU TO YOUR ETERNITY

I woke up at this dawn to pray but first I went to check on my two boys who were quietly melted in their sleep. While reading Psalm 84:12: "Lord Almighty, blessed is the one who trusts in you", and meditating on it, the Spirit of God took me to a journey, a biblical one, as I write below.

What if you, reader, lay in bed tonight or take a nap in the middle of the day and kept sleeping indefinitely until you woke up with the return of Jesus Christ or before His Great White Throne Judgment after His thousand-year reign?

In fact, in this event above, you would have passed from this life to eternity, that is, you would have "used" your life here on earth and "used" your first death, if you would rather have two. There would be no turning back; c'est fini, tutto finito, for God's Word categorically states thus: "Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment." Hebrews 9:27.

The feeling you might sense waking up from that sleep would be you were literally cheated on your life, on your future, on your plans, on your possessions and on your family. How would you react? How would you, waking up at that exact moment, think about eternity, its implications and its truth?

Honestly, we have no control over our time here and we have no idea when we will leave this earth. The Word of God is very clear and states that those who departed from this life now sleep awaiting the resurrection (those who died in Jesus Christ) or His final judgment (the wicked).

Are you sure you will escape the second death if you pass the first one? The Word of God says thus in Daniel 12:2: "Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt." He who wakes up from sleep at the first resurrection will wake up and reign with Jesus Christ, for we read that: "Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years." Revelation 20:6

Understand that death, the passage of this life into eternity to come, is like the sleep above. Paul explains this to us: "Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope." 1 Thessalonians 4:13 To those who are in Christ Jesus, dead with Him and raised with Him, have no cause for sorrow, for Jesus Christ is our own hope of eternal life.

We are aware of our life but in this sleep that we will enter, if Jesus Christ does not return during the time of our life on this earth, we will not be aware of it (sleep/death). In Ecclesiastes 9: 5,6,10 it is written thus: "For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even their name is forgotten. Their love, their hate and their jealousy have long since vanished; never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun. Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom." 

This last verse seems to bring desolation but see what Jesus Christ himself promises us through the words of the prophet Hosea: “I will deliver this people from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. Where, O death, are your plagues? Where, O grave, is your destruction?" Hosea 13:14

Those who were justified in Christ Jesus, who walked with Him as His disciples on this earth (not the churchy, religious, and false disciples who would not die for themselves, for they preferred to cling vigorously to this soon to end world), will be resurrected in Christ in His Second Coming. God's Word says so in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17: "For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever."  From now on we are children of eternal resurrection, as it is written in Luke 20:36: "And they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God’s children, since they are children of the resurrection." 

Note that in the text written by the apostle Paul to the Thessalonians, nothing is said about those who died without Jesus Christ. But another verse addresses the theme: "They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection." Revelation 20: 4b,5 That is, who died being with Christ, whom we shall call the wicked (because he was not washed by the blood of the Lamb), shall still sleep and he will have to wait for a thousand years which is the Sovereign Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Then he will wake up from his sleep, yes, that sleep mentioned above there in the beginning, to everlasting death.

And you may ask: - But who are the wicked? I am not a wicked person, I am a good person, I am not eveil, I only do good, I even believe there is a God, I go to Mass, to church to worship within my available time, etc. Understand what the following texts say about the wicked, in their respective biblical sequence:

1) "Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God." 1 Corinthians 6:9,10 (The unrighteous ones are all of those who were not justified by Jesus Christ, for they did not accept the righteousness of God through the saving Grace of His only begotten son, Jesus Christ);

2) "For you may be sure of this, that everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God." Ephesians 5:5;

3) "But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death." Revelation 21:8;

4) "Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood." Revelation 22:15

Final words

Why not thinking of your eternity now and prepare for when Jesus Christ returns for you do not know when you will definitely sleep until you awake to His Free-given Resurrection or to His Final Judgment? Why playing Russian roulette with your eternity?

If you are asleep, dozing, but not yet dead, awake from your sleep, your drowsiness, your slumber, for "Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed." Romans 13:11

SEU SONO, SUA SONECA QUE O LEVARÁ À SUA ETERNIDADE

Acordei de madrugada para orar, mas primeiro fui conferir meus dois filhos que ressonavam tranquilamente em seus sonos, e lendo Salmos 84:12: "Senhor dos Exércitos, bem-aventurado o homem que em ti põe a sua confiança", o Espírito de Deus me levou a uma jornada bíblica que abaixo escrevo.

E se você leitor, deitasse hoje de noite para dormir ou tirasse uma soneca no meio do dia e continuasse dormindo de forma indefinida até o momento em que acordasse com a volta de Jesus Cristo ou diante do Seu tribunal, após o Seu reinado de mil anos?

Na verdade, nesse acontecimento acima, você teria passado desta vida para a eternidade, ou seja, já teria "usado" sua vida aqui na terra e "usado" a sua primeira morte, se é que você prefere ter duas. Não haveria mais volta; c'est fini, tutto finito, pois a Palavra de Deus afirma categoricamente assim: "Da mesma forma, como o homem está destinado a morrer uma só vez e depois disso enfrentar o juízo." Hebreus 9:27

A sensação que talvez experimentasse ao acordar daquele sono seria que você foi literalmente defraudado da sua vida, do seu futuro, dos seus planos, bens e familiares. Como você reagiria? Como você, acordando naquele momento, pensaria sobre a eternidade, suas implicações e verdade?

Sinceramente, não temos o controle do nosso tempo aqui e não temos a menor noção de quando partiremos desta terra. A Bíblia é muito clara e afirma que aqueles que desta vida partiram, agora dormem esperando a ressurreição (os que morreram em Jesus Cristo) ou o juízo final (os ímpios).

Você está seguro que escapará da segunda, caso passe pela primeira? A Palavra de Deus diz desta forma em Daniel 12:2: “E muitos dos que dormem no pó da terra ressuscitarão, uns para a vida eterna, e outros para vergonha e desprezo eterno.” Quem acordar do sono na primeira ressurreição, acordará para reinar com Jesus Cristo, pois lemos que: "Bem-aventurado e santo aquele que tem parte na primeira ressurreição; sobre estes não tem poder a segunda morte; mas serão sacerdotes de Deus e de Cristo, e reinarão com ele mil anos." Apocalipse 20:6

Entenda que a morte, passagem desta vida para a eternidade vindoura, é como o sono acima. Paulo nos explica assim: “Não queremos, porém, irmãos, que sejais ignorantes acerca dos que já dormem, para que não vos entristeçais como os outros que não têm esperança.” 1 Tessalonicenses 4:13 Para aqueles que estão em Cristo Jesus, mortos com Ele e ressuscitados com Ele, não tem motivo para tristeza, pois Jesus Cristo é a nossa própria esperança de vida eterna.

Estamos cônscios da nossa vida, mas nesse sono que entraremos, caso Jesus Cristo não retorne durante o tempo da nossa vida nesta terra, dele não tomaremos noção. Em Eclesiastes 9:5,6,10 está escrito assim: “Pois os vivos sabem que morrerão, mas os mortos não sabem coisa nenhuma, nem tampouco têm eles daí em diante recompensa; porque a sua memória ficou entregue ao esquecimento. Tanto o seu amor como o seu ódio e a sua inveja já pereceram; nem têm eles daí em diante parte para sempre em coisa alguma do que se faz debaixo do sol. Tudo quanto te vier à mão para fazer, faze-o conforme as tuas forças; porque no Seol, para onde tu vais, não há obra, nem projeto, nem conhecimento, nem sabedoria alguma.”

Este último versículo parece trazer desolação, porém veja o que o próprio Jesus Cristo nos promete através das palavras do profeta Oséias: “Eu os remirei do poder do Seol, e os resgatarei da morte. Onde estão, ó morte, as tuas pragas? Onde está, ó Seol, a tua destruição?” Oséias 13:14

Aqueles que foram justificados em Cristo Jesus, que andaram com Ele como seus discípulos nesta terra (não os igrejeiros, religiosos e falsos discípulos que não quiseram morrer para si, pois preferiram se agarrar vigorosamente a este mundo que em breve findará), serão ressuscitados na Sua Segunda Vinda. A Palavra de Deus diz assim em 1 Tessalonicenses 4:16-17: “Porque o Senhor mesmo descerá do céu com grande brado, à voz do arcanjo, ao som da trombeta de Deus, e os que morreram em Cristo ressuscitarão primeiro. Depois nós, os que ficarmos vivos seremos arrebatados juntamente com eles, nas nuvens, ao encontro do Senhor nos ares, e assim estaremos para sempre com o Senhor.” Desde já, somos filhos da ressurreição eterna como está escrito em Lucas 20:36: “Porque já não podem mais morrer; pois são iguais aos anjos, e são filhos de Deus, sendo filhos da ressurreição.”

Note que no texto escrito pelo apóstolo Paulo aos Tessalonicenses, nada é dito acerca daqueles que morreram sem Jesus Cristo. Porém, outro versículo aborda o tema: “E eles (os justos) reviveram, e reinaram com Cristo durante mil anos. Mas os outros mortos não reviveram, até que os mil anos se completassem.” Apocalipse 20:4b Ou seja, quem morreu ser estar com Cristo, aquele que chamaremos de ímpio (porque não foi lavado pelo sangue do Cordeiro), ainda dormirá e terá que esperar por mil anos que compõem o Reino soberano de Jesus Cristo. Depois sim, acordará do seu sono, isso aquele sono ali de cima, para a morte eterna.

E você pode perguntar: - Mas quem são os ímpios? Eu não sou um ímpio, sou uma pessoa boa, faço só o bem, creio que existe Deus, vou à missa e ao culto dentro das minhas possibilidades de tempo, etc. Entenda o que dizem os textos abaixo dizem acerca dos ímpios, em respectiva sequência bíblica:

1) "Não sabeis que os injustos não herdarão o reino de Deus? Não vos enganeis: nem os devassos, nem os idólatras, nem os adúlteros, nem os efeminados, nem os sodomitas, nem os ladrões, nem os avarentos, nem os bêbedos, nem os maldizentes, nem os roubadores herdarão o reino de Deus." 1 Coríntios 6:9-10. (Injustos são todos aqueles que não foram justificados por Jesus Cristo, pois não aceitaram a justiça de Deus, através da Graça salvadora do unigênito do Pai, Jesus Cristo);

2) "Porque bem sabeis isto: que nenhum devasso, ou impuro, ou avarento, o qual é idólatra, tem herança no reino de Cristo e de Deus." Efésios 5:5;

3) “Mas, quanto aos medrosos, e aos incrédulos, e aos abomináveis, e aos homicidas, e aos adúlteros, e aos feiticeiros, e aos idólatras, e a todos os mentirosos, a sua parte será no lago ardente de fogo e enxofre, que é a segunda morte.” Apocalipse 21:8:

4) "Ficarão de fora os cães, os feiticeiros, os adúlteros, os homicidas, os idólatras, e todo o que ama e pratica a mentira." Apocalipse 22:15

Palavras Finais

Por que não pensar na sua eternidade agora e se preparar para quando Jesus Cristo voltar, pois você não sabe quando dormirá definitivamente até que acorde para a ressurreição, dada gratuitamente por Ele, ou para o assentamento do Seu juízo final? Por que brincar de roleta russa com sua eternidade?

Se você está dormindo, cochilando, porém ainda não morreu, desperta do seu sono, da sua sonolência, pois "E isto digo, conhecendo o tempo, que é já hora de despertarmos do sono; porque a nossa salvação está agora mais perto de nós do que quando aceitamos a fé." Romanos 13:11

DAQUI HÁ 100 ANOS!!!

No ano de 2119, daqui a 100 anos, todos os leitores desta mensagem, e muito provavelmente todos(as) os(as) seus(suas) filhos(as) estarão no subsolo; nossos corpos se tornando parte do solo. Durante esse tempo, o nosso destino no que diz respeito a irmos ao paraíso ou inferno, já terá sido conhecido por nós.

Enquanto isso, acima do solo, nossas casas deixadas para trás, se tornarão casas para outros ou serão demolidas para dar lugar a melhores estruturas. Nossas roupas se tornarão trapos para os outros e substituídas por tendências mais recentes. Nossos carros serão exibidos como artefatos históricos por outros, também substituídos por uma tecnologia mais avançada. Quanto a nós, em grande parte, nunca mais seremos lembrados por ninguém. Com que frequência você pensa em seu bisavô? Com que frequência sua bisavó passa pela sua cabeça?

Nossa presença aqui na terra hoje, aquela presença pela qual fazemos tanto barulho e derramamos tantas lágrimas, foi precedida por inúmeras gerações diante de nós e será seguida por inúmeras gerações depois de nós. Toda geração que passa por este mundo mal encontra tempo para dar uma olhada no mundo antes de precisar se despedir e entregar o bastão, não tendo cumprido nem uma fração de suas ambições. Nossas vidas são, na realidade, muito mais curtas do que imaginamos.

Em 2119, cada um de nós perceberá, de dentro da sepultura, quão inútil era esse mundo e quão triviais eram esses sonhos que estávamos centrados neles.

Em 2119, cada um de nós desejará que tivéssemos dedicado nossas vidas a grandes questões de DEUS e nos dedicado a fazer boas obras, particularmente aquelas que continuam a nos beneficiar após nossa morte; cuidar das viúvas, dar abrigo ao órfão, roupa e pão ao pobre, faminto.

Em 2119, muitos que estão lendo este texto estarão gritando, mas em vão: 'Meu Senhor, me devolva à terra para que eu possa fazer o bem naquilo que deixei para trás...'

A resposta a este pedido, no entanto, será: 'Não! E atrás deles agora há uma barreira até o dia em que ressuscitarem.

Em 2119, muitos vão se arrepender, dizendo: 'Gostaria de ter me preparado para a minha vida'.

Vamos nos tornar justos, pois certamente o que aconteceu com aqueles de quem falamos, ouvimos e lemos certamente acontecerá conosco. De fato, a crença pessoal em JESUS ​​CRISTO, SUA MORTE e RESSURREIÇÃO é a única resposta para esse problema. 

Viva sua vida neste planeta Terra com sabedoria. Que o Deus Todo-Poderoso seja seu ajudante imediato em nome de Jesus Poderoso, eu oro.

TODOS VAMOS MORRER ALGUM DIA!

Vamos colocar mais do nosso tempo, dinheiro e energia em servir a Deus e ajudar a humanidade e resgatar almas do inferno!

Sim, certamente não há mais tempo a perder em um mundo ilusório que nos levará ao céu ou ao inferno, dependendo das escolhas que fazemos hoje!

Por que ficar preso aqui, tudo vai passar e amanhã não será mais. Somente a eternidade permanecerá, que gritará em nossos ouvidos: "você viveu ou morreu para si mesmo enquanto viveu?"

Hoje, esse GRITO ainda é uma voz gentil e doce de Jesus Cristo dizendo: "Morra para si mesmo, siga-Me, vou levá-lo à mansão de meu Pai!"

100 YEARS FROM NOW!!!

In the year 2119, in just 100 years from now, every single reader of this message, and certainly all of your sons and daughters, will be underground, our bodies having become part of the soil. During that time, our fate in respect to paradise or hell would have been made known to us.

Meanwhile above the soil, our houses that were left behind would have become homes for others or demolished for better structures. Our clothes would have become rags for others and replaced by more recent trends, our cars will be on display as historical artifacts by others, also replaced by more advanced technology. As for us, we will be, for the most part, never thought about by anyone again. How often do you think about your great grandfather? How often does your great grandmother cross your mind?

Our presence here on earth today, that presence that we make so much noise about and shed so many tears for, was preceded by countless generations before us and shall be followed by countless generations after us. Every generation that passes through this world barely finds the time to take a glance at the world before needing to bid it farewell and handing over the baton, having not fulfilled even a fraction of ones ambitions. Our lives are, in reality, far shorter than we imagine.

In 2119, every one of us will realise from within the grave just how worthless this world actually was, and how trivial those dreams were that centred on it.

In 2119, every one of us will be wishing that we had dedicated our lives to great matters of GOD, and devoted ourselves to doing good deeds, particularly those that continue to benefit us after our death.

In 2119, many reading this piece will be screaming out, but in vain: 'My Lord return me, so that I may do good in that which I have left behind...' 

The response to this request, however, shall be: 'No!' And behind them is now a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.

In 2119, many will be in regret, saying: 'I wish that I had prepared for my life.'

Let us become righteous, for surely what happened to those we talk of, heard of and read of will surely happen to us. In fact, personal believe in JESUS CHRIST, HIS DEATH and RESURRECTION is the only answer to this problem. 

Live your life on this planet earth wisely. May the Almighty God be your immediate helper in Jesus Mighty name l pray.

WE WILL ALL DIE SOMEDAY!

Let us put more of our time, money and  energy  in serving God and helping humanity, taking care of the widows, sheltering the orphans, giving cloth and bread to the poor and hyngry we meet on our way.

Yes, certainly there is no more time to waste on an illusory world that will take us to heaven or hell, depending on the choices we make today! 

Why to get stuck here, everything will pass and tomorrow will be no more. Only eternity will remain which will SCREAM in our ears: "did you live or die to yourself while you lived?" 

Today, that SCREAM is still a gentle and sweet voice of Jesus Christ saying: "Die to yourself, follow me I will get you to my Father's mansion!"

Fleeing from Iran, he goes to Turkey, where he knows Jesus Christ and accepts Him as his personal Savior.

Some time later he was able to bring his wife and his three daughters to Turkey. She, after just over 2 months, has a wonderful dream with Jesus! In tears she gives herself to the Lord Christ Jesus, that morning!

His wife and his three daughters, still Muslims, living in Iran, separated from him. As he says in his testimony in the video, notice the sadness, seriouness, and fear that Islam inflicts on people.
